Before the download begins the customer must select the download location. Below are the windows where the choice is made on WIN.
After the download is finished the below window should open.
The "Launch" button will open the customer selected location from above. Certain downloads need to be unzipped (also known as extracted).
If the "Launch" button does not work use these directions to find the file name.

Step 1: Click on the Windows Icon in the bottom left hand corner of your desktop.
Step 2: You can search for the program of your choice in the “Search programs and files” field.
Step 3: Hover your cursor over the program of your choice and RIGHT CLICK
Step 4: Select either Pin to task bar or Pin to Start Menu to add the icon. Moving forward you’ll be able to access the program through the shortcut you made on the Taskbar or Start Menu. (See the examples on the next page).
