Step 1: To Begin, click on the Windows Icon in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
Step 2: Select the "All Apps" Icon
Step 3: Search for the program of your choice by typing the name of the program. Example if you are looking for IBM SPSS Statistics Premium Grad Pack, just type in IBM SPSS and the most recent installation tiles will come up.
Step 4: Hover your cursor over the program of your choice and Right Click. You will then have the option to either Pin to Start or Pin to Task bar.
