Windows 10 does not find the application file after installation

The problem:

I am using Windows 10 and have installed the SPSS program. However, once I installed the program I can’t find the application anywhere in the start menu. If I search for the SPSS program nothing shows up in the search.

Causes:

This issue could occur due to corrupted or missing system files with the Microsoft software, specifically related to the “Cortina Search”.

The customer will need to contact Microsoft tech support to troubleshoot the problem before they will be able to access the license.

**How did you obtain the WIN 10 license?**

-Was it an upgrade?

-Did you buy it new and install?

-Did it come with your machine?

-Are you running a trial version?

The Solution:

Your program's should be listed under all app's by clicking on the start button.

All app's, will be in the column on the left side at the bottom.

Click on All app's and it will list them in alphabetical order.
