Work at Home (WAH) purchases are limited to one copy per title per email per year. For example, you can buy one copy of the low cost Office 2016 WAH and one copy of low cost Office 2019 WAH.
WAH licenses are good for the lifetime of one computer and the license can not cannot be transferred however Microsoft sees the changing of a hard-drive or motherboard as a new computer install.
