Solution:
It is important to ensure that the user currently accessing the system belogs belongs to the Administrators group. If the user belongs to the Administrators group, use one of the solutions listed below to workaround this problem.

  1. Obtain the password for the local "Administrator" account. If the system belongs to a network, check with the local IT department.
