Reinstalling Office Home and Business or Office Home and Student 2019 or Office for Mac 2016

If  you redeemed your product code and need to reinstall Office Home and Business or Home and Student  on the same computer you'll need to log into your Microsoft Account.

If  you redeemed the product code but never installed you can also access the download this way. This also applies to WAH versions.


  1. Visit  https://account.microsoft.com/account?lang=en-us
  2. Log in with the Microsoft account you used at the time. 
  3. Download from  the Services and Subscriptions tab


The product code you received is a one time code and must be redeemed  to give you access to the download in the Microsoft account. This software can only be downloaded on one machine.
