Capella SPSS Redemption Codes and reinstalling IBM SPSS

You try to redeem your redemption code to install IBM SPSS on a second machine but get a message that  the code has been used. 



Instructions

The redemption code can only be redeemed once and was used to create an order and download email already. We cannot give you a new redemption code.

The download email however CAN be used to install and reinstall on up to two computers.

  1. Locate the download email from Journeyed.com  and follow the instructions (this is separate and different from the email from Capella with the redemption code).
  2. Email customerservice@journeyed.com if you cannot locate the download email.
