It is insurance for media for one year, should your media get damaged, lost, or stolen we can send the customer replacement software at no expense to the customer in the original format it was delivered. If the customer purchased Disc installation media we will overnight the replacement disk at no charge. If you purchase the download installation media, a new download will be created and emailed to the customer within one business day. The customer can simply use the existing Product Key to reinstall the software.
